This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between ALT Content Agency (“ALT,” “we,” “our,” “us”) and the enrolling participant (“Client,” “you”). By enrolling in the ALT Agent Accelerator, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Program Description
The ALT Agent Accelerator (“Program”) is a 12-week guided content coaching, editing, and support program designed to help real estate professionals develop a consistent content strategy. The Program includes:

Weekly live group coaching calls

Three (3) private 1:1 strategy calls (one during onboarding, one mid-way, one at completion)

Monthly editing of Client-submitted video content
-
Monthly content calendars and filming prompts
-
On-camera coaching and filming guidance
-
Access to a private community group
-
Early onboarding and setup materials
-
Ongoing email support and weekly activation emails prior to program start
The Program is NOT a full production service. Client is fully responsible for filming their own content.
2. Payment Terms
Client agrees to pay the full program fee of four (4) monthly payments of $997.
By enrolling, Client agrees:

Payment plans must be completed in full regardless of participation, attendance, or use of materials.

Missed or failed payments may result in temporary suspension of access until payment is resolved.

If payment remains unresolved for more than 7 days, ALT may remove access to live calls, editing services, and community access until payment is completed.

All payments are processed securely through the checkout system.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund eligibility:

Refunds are available only before the official program start date (January 2026).
-
Refunds will be issued minus a 5% bank/processing fee, which is non-refundable.

After the program starts, no refunds of any kind will be provided.

ALT does not offer refunds for failure to attend calls, failure to submit content, failure to participate, or change of personal or business circumstances.
4. Client Responsibilities
Client understands and agrees to the following:

Client is responsible for filming all raw video content to be edited by ALT.

Client must submit raw footage by monthly deadlines to receive editing services.
-
Client must attend scheduled coaching calls or watch replays (attendance is not mandatory but recommended).

Client is responsible for implementing advice, posting content, and following the content calendar.

Client must secure appropriate lighting, audio, and filming environment. ALT will provide guidance but cannot guarantee equipment performance.

Client acknowledges that success depends on personal effort, market conditions, and consistency.
5. ALT Responsibilities
ALT agrees to:

Provide the coaching, editing, strategy, and support outlined in the Program description.
-
Deliver edited videos within a reasonable timeline after footage submission.
-
Provide content calendars and filming prompts monthly.
-
Provide community support and respond to support requests in a reasonable timeframe.
-
Provide access to replays and onboarding materials.
-
Maintain a positive, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
6. Editing & Submission Terms

Editing includes captions, pacing, transitions, color adjustments, and video assembly based on Client’s submitted footage.

ALT will not edit videos not submitted by the monthly deadline.

Editing revisions are limited to one round per video unless otherwise stated.
-
ALT is not responsible for low-quality footage or improperly filmed content.
-
ALT may request reshoots if footage is unusable, unclear, or incomplete.
7. Intellectual Property

Client grants ALT permission to use anonymized or publicly posted final videos in portfolios, marketing, or examples unless Client requests otherwise in writing.

Client retains rights to their original filmed footage.
-
Program materials, templates, scripts, calendars, and frameworks are owned by ALT and may not be shared, sold, or distributed.
8. No Guarantees
ALT does not guarantee specific business outcomes, follower growth, engagement numbers, conversions, or revenue results. The Program provides tools and support; Client’s success depends on individual effort.
9. Confidentiality
Client agrees not to share screenshots, documents, links, or materials from the Program with non-members. ALT agrees to maintain Client confidentiality and treat all private information respectfully.
10. Legal & Liability Disclaimer
Client participates in the Program voluntarily and assumes full responsibility for any decisions, content created, or actions taken. ALT is not liable for:

11. Acceptance of Terms
By completing checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this Service Agreement.
